prosecuting and defending lawsuits involving property damage claims arising out of fires, explosions, fire protection failures, poor construction and structural collapses. These lawsuits
involve claims asserting ordinary and professional negligence, breach of commercial and construction contracts, Uniform Commercial Code express and implied warranties and product liability claims.
